I am looking for a couple of people to work on a freelance basis as NVQ assessors both on the catering side and the adult social care side. You will need to have you A units or D32/33, and relevant sector qualifications.

I also require someone who can train food safety and or health & safety to level 3. It is not necessary to be a registered tutor with the CIEH, we can sort out those details, but you must be qualified to CIEH level 4 / advanced or equivalent and hold a professional training qualification.

As these positions are freelance, you will essentially be self employed, (required to file your own tax return at the end of each year), responsible for your own marketing and recruitment of candidates and courses, using our registered centre status, systems, policies, resources and support.

You will be paid a set fee for each assessment visit or course that is done, on the production of an invoice, plus any reasonable expenses. Basically, the amount of hours you work is entirely up to you, which reflects your income each month.

Currently we are looking to pay in the region of

£35.00 per assessment visit

£100.00 per course delivered.
