Food Safety. (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health)

Food safety regulations requires that all food handlers are trained, and all food businesses produce food that is safe for consumption. In January 2006 new legislation requires all business to produce a HACCP system and provide the 'due diligence' required.

Training with us couldn't be simpler.  There are two options.

option one - join one of our open courses at intervals throughout the year.

option two - as an employer, you can ask us to provide a course for your staff on your premises, at a convenient time for you. (minimum 6 delegates)
